As workers start competing with ever-smarter machines, the demand for soft skills is beginning to surge. This is also reflected in the competency frameworks that most organizations have developed and deployed. The competency frameworks are crucial for hiring and promoting the right talent. There is a growing need for professionals to work on and develop these key competencies. ProPLETM program aids in understanding and developing key competencies for the entry-level and middle management professionals alike.
ProPLETM is a Capability Building Program based on our ADD methodology, in which equal emphasis is given on assessment, development, and demonstration of key competencies.

ASSESS

Depending on the needs of organizations and academic institutes, the assessments can either be in a live real case simulation (A Day in Office) observed by the expert coaches on the ProPLE™ tool, or it can be a scientific questionnaire-based assessment of DNLA® – both the assessment paths lead to a detailed competency report followed by a one-to-one debriefing session with an expert.

DEVELOP

Under the supervision of an expert coach, together with the custodian of this program at the organization or Institute, a development path spanning 3-months is charted, focusing on the specific competencies identified as areas for development. This covers the various aspects of development such as self-ownership, one-to-one guidance sessions by coaches, and tracking of the progress.

DEMONSTRATE

After and during the development of key competencies, our expert coaches help the participant/candidate understand the applications of these competencies in day-to-day personal and professional life through demonstration. It helps participants in being self-aware in various situations and help utilize the right competencies.
